Get to know Johanna!
I am a runner at the Swedish elite level, but even though my goals are written in the form of running, I am not one to say no to other training as well, enjoying sunny bike rides to nice coffee places.
My favorite workouts are long intervals where you find a good flow in your running stride. Before and after the intervals, I also appreciate the energy of the training group where we stand and talk and hang out.
One of my weaknesses is not being able to take it easy and really recover, when I'm not running I find other activities. I love to plan things and like to invite people to eat in connection with training sessions, a dream Sunday is to start the day with a long session together followed by a brunch with lots of different choices to combine into a great meal. There's also my homemade sourdough bread, that's something else I do when I'm not training - baking with my sourdough.
