This crumble pie is perfectly sweet and tangy, wonderfully crunchy and irresistibly chewy! Best served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream och vanilla custard and is a perfect desert if you want to impress your guests with minimal effort. The recipe is for two portion pies, but if you want to make a large pie just double the recipe.
Tip!
Here we used red currants but you can use whatever berries you like or you have in your freezer. I'd is great with blueberries or raspberries. But why don't try rhubarb or apple as well?!
If you're not into the flavour of coconut you can exchange the Fibr Coconut Macaroon/Oat meal ball for Fibr Vanilla Heart which has a more neutral flavour.
Good to know!
