BABY PORRIDGE WITH OATMEAL

You need:

2 tbsp fine oatmeal

2 tsp mixed thin breadcrumbs (to enrich with iron)

5 tablespoons water

1 tsp rapeseed oil


👉🏼 Here's how you do it:

The ingredients are whisked together and cooked while whisking. Cook for a few seconds until it becomes porridge. Serve with some type of fruit puree - mashed banana or applesauce are two good suggestions for babies. The recipe is just as much a favorite with adults as it is with little ones. Cook with 1 dl flour and 2.5 dl water. Blueberries and walnuts give a luxurious finish to the adult portion!
