 Fibr Original is low in sugar and contains Finnish birch sugar, also known as xylitol. It is a natural sweetener extracted from trees that provides a slightly cooling sweetness. Birch sugar has a minimal effect on your blood sugar and is gentler on your teeth compared to regular sugars. Birch sugar is a sugar alcohol and excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.

 Just like all our delicacies, Fibr Kokostopp is baked with love and care at our own factory in Edsbyn, Hälsingland. Our products are inspired by Swedish fika classics and easy to pack, easy to enjoy!

💭 Vad inspirerade er att starta Fibr?

Vi ville hitta ett roligare och enklare sätt att äta mer fibrer från havre eftersom det gör stor skillnad för hjärt- och kärlhälsan och inte minst för tarmfloran. Jag älskar fika och bakar och experimenterar alltid med nya ingredienser så Fibr föddes hemma i vårt kök. 

 

💭 Vad gör Fibrs produkter speciella? 

Vi gör allt helt själva utan mellanhänder. Vi har byggt upp vår egen produktion från grunden för att göra den helt allergivänlig. Det roligaste har varit att modernisera den svenska fikakulturen så att den blir mer inkluderande, mer fiberrik och fortfarande lika god. Ibland hör någon av sig och säger att de äntligen kan få äta en "Lussekatt". Då blir jag glad.​

Yes, our oats are pure gluten-free oats below 20 ppm (usually much lower than that).

Can I, who am allergic, eat Fibr?

Our production is completely free of traces of gluten, milk, nuts, almonds, eggs, peanuts and soy.
