💭 Vad inspirerade er att starta Fibr?
Vi ville hitta ett roligare och enklare sätt att äta mer fibrer från havre eftersom det gör stor skillnad för hjärt- och kärlhälsan och inte minst för tarmfloran. Jag älskar fika och bakar och experimenterar alltid med nya ingredienser så Fibr föddes hemma i vårt kök.
💭 Vad gör Fibrs produkter speciella?
Vi gör allt helt själva utan mellanhänder. Vi har byggt upp vår egen produktion från grunden för att göra den helt allergivänlig. Det roligaste har varit att modernisera den svenska fikakulturen så att den blir mer inkluderande, mer fiberrik och fortfarande lika god. Ibland hör någon av sig och säger att de äntligen kan få äta en "mazarin". Då blir jag glad.
